Case Study: NUVI Releaf
Business Situation
NUVI Releaf approached us for help with email marketing and customer engagement. They had an attractive and informative website with contact forms on key pages. However, they didn’t understand how to integrate that form data into customer engagement and ultimately, an email marketing strategy. They also wanted to create an online document repository so that customers could download legal and product specification documents, but only for approved site members. Finally, they wanted to migrate their collaboration and communication tools to Google Workspace but needed help with developing a structure and usage strategy.
Our Approach and Solution
After taking time to understand the business requirements, we designed a complete framework for engaging with site visitors interested in the NUVI Releaf products and new technologies. We utilized the Wix Ascend business tools to automate definitive responses based on visitor actions, and we designed Ascend Workflows to enable NUVI Releaf to easily track and follow up with interested visitors. Since most of the company’s product specifications and technology details are protected, we then designed a simple document repository with different roles and access permissions. These roles enabled NUVI Releaf to control which approved site visitors could access which documents, once they registered on the site and were approved for access. Finally, we advised the business on how to leverage the tools of Google Workspace to manage internal and external email communication, file sharing, and task management.
