First, we proposed a multi-site design to enable different financial transaction flows for the different business franchise locations. The design also included a single, unifying landing page to ensure that their customers saw the “parent company” name and branding. We next designed a common site structure and content model for each location to optimize the customer experience. To differentiate each location, we proposed different site branding, since subscription plans could only be used at the specific location where they were purchased. Finally, we designed a content model that enabled the business staff to maintain key business information (class offerings and schedule, instructor profiles, etc.) without the need for our involvement.

After the initial project was complete, the Partners retained our ongoing services for Technical Support.  With hundreds of customers at each location, and a fast-growing number of locations, website performance is critical to their business operations.
